As a practitioner, researcher, author, and speaker, Curtis founded Prescient Strategists with over 20 years of experience in post-merger integration, enterprise change management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance consulting. Known for his practical expertise, Dr. Odom is a sought-after consultant to organizations in human capital strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, executive coaching, cultural integration, change management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and performance consulting to maximize organizational investments in human capital. Curtis credits his 10 years of military service in the United States Navy for his extensive experience leading and implementing large-scale change.

Jim

Partner

Jim (James) has over 20 years of leading change management efforts supporting organizational and project-related initiatives. Jim utilizes proven change management methods and tools to help increase adoption and minimize resistance. Jim uses his deep practical knowledge to identify designs, enhance, and deliver employee and leadership development programs and initiatives to reinforce and sustain client organizational effectiveness. From his years in corporate HR, Jim instinctively consults with managers and executive management to improve organization and employee effectiveness by developing sound career track strategy and talent management programs.

Erica

Director, Business Development

Erica has over 10 years of experience leading major change initiatives in Fortune 50 companies. Erica has extensive experience working with senior leadership teams on strategic HR initiatives, including performance management, organizational change, and talent management. As head of business development, Erica is responsible for optimizing our solutions to meet our client's organizational change needs. Every client's culture is different, so cultural integration means rolling up our sleeves to do the work to understand our clients best. Erica views the role of business development as building a lasting partnership based on her years of solid experience in consulting across various industries, including finance, educational management, higher education, and telecommunications. Erica connects with our clients from the start and works with our team of change management consultants to ensure that our clients get the optimal services and solutions to meet their unique change management needs.

Matt

Director, Change Management Consulting

Provides leadership, direction, guidance, mentoring, and support to our change management consultant team. Matt uses his 15 years of practical consulting experience to foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and business partners and maintain active involvement in the daily work of the consulting teams. Matt directs team members to achieve goals and improve the services provided by the firm. Matt develops change management implementation plans and owns the design of client strategy for transformational (stakeholder engagement, employee engagement, communication, and leadership alignment plans) strategic initiatives. Matt quickly develops relationships and positions himself in an advisory role to understand dynamic business requirements best, identify save opportunities, analyze complex variables, and create valuable and actionable strategies.

Spencer

Senior Change Management Consultant

Spencer has over 15 years of progressive, professional experience leading and supporting organizational change management projects for large-scale global projects, particularly in finance or information technology transformation. Spencer is experienced in assessing business objectives, defining change strategies to meet goals, developing appropriate work plans, and leading the project according to the plan. Clients frequently comment on Spencer's excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Spencer brings experience from working across leadership development, change management, corporate communication, and integrated talent management.

Briana

Change Management Consultant

Briana brings to the team her 10 years of experience consulting in all aspects of change management, including developing change management plans, change acceptance strategies, culture assessments, and culture change planning. Brian has worked with clients in leadership alignment, change messaging, and communications, stakeholder assessment and analysis, change readiness assessments, and change management training design and development. Briana has practical experienceconnectingnwithh internal/external stakeholders and client outreach communications using multiple social media platforms.

Robb

Change Management Analyst

Robb has over 10 years of experience in back-office support in successfully leading change initiatives. He drives the strategy and execution of this change, including creating transparency and action plans for the planned change. Robb supports the change management consulting team through coordination with project leaders and support teams for the successful deployment of the project and the required short-term and steady-state support model. In his critical role as program manager, Robb maintains the team's structure by ensuring the transparency of the progress of multiple client change management efforts that co-occur. Robb manages change management project plans, creates client presentations to support executive decisions on required action, develops communication plans, drafts change implementation progress reporting, and monitors change project progress.
